Cancellation Policy and Terms & Disclaimers Agreement THE BELOW POLICIES APPLY TO YOUR CURRENT AND ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS: Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules to avoid full session charges. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full unless due to an emergency. Late Arrivals: Please arrive five minutes early to ensure we start on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the appointments scheduled after yours. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, your session will be canceled and charged in full. I understand that delays happen, so I will typically reach out via text or call if I notice you are running late and will do my best to avoid cancellations or charges whenever possible. Disclaimers: By booking a Reiki session with Resilient Light/Teresa Densmore, you acknowledge that Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or distance) energy healing technique for relaxation, stress reduction, and energetic balance. Reiki is not a substitute for medical or psychological care and does not diagnose, treat, prescribe substances, or cure medical or psychological conditions nor interfere with treatments of licensed medical professionals. It should complement, not replace, professional health and mental care. If your needs fall outside of this scope, your session may be refused and you may be advised to seek a proper medical/psychological professional. You understand and agree that Resilient Light/Teresa Densmore claims no responsibility whatsoever to any person or entity for any liability, loss, illness, or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, both directly and indirectly, as a result of the session or any future session you receive. Behavior & Harassment Policy: Resilient Light has a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, including harassment, advances, or any actions that make the practitioner uncomfortable. If such behavior occurs, the session will be terminated immediately, and full payment will be charged. Future sessions may be denied. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important, and all client information remains strictly confidential. Personal details, session discussions, and any experiences shared will never be disclosed to third parties. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
